• Do not attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
• Do not transmit malicious content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Keep your credentials confidential.

4. Intellectual property

All content, code, trademarks and materials of Smart Platform are the exclusive property of SONDA S.A. or its licensors.

5. Limitation of liability

SONDA S.A. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective once published on this page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago.
